Our Parish Staff

Father Joseph Mitchell, a Lynnwood WA native, was ordained June 16, 1979. He has been at St. Cecilia Parish since 2014. When not attending to his flock, he enjoys swimming, other watersports, and taming his blueberry patch at the family home.
Parish Administrative Assistant
Terry Markuly and her husband Mark have been members of St. Cecilia since 2008. Terry is a graduate of St. Louis University and has a Masters of Theology. She loves reading, learning, and sharing knowledge of the Catholic Faith with people of all ages.
Pastoral Assistant for Faith Formation
Jennifer Cunningham, her husband, and three sons have been active members of Saint Cecilia Parish for more than 15 years. Jennifer is a graduate of the University of Washington where she studied vocal performance and sang with the University of Washington Chorale. It was there that she first began to understand the power of a vocal ensemble. Jennifer is also a Music Instructor at St. Cecilia Catholic School.
Neill Raymond a long time parishioner, leads the Youth Group. He and his wife Patty have four children and 9 grandchildren.
Youth Group & Confirmation
Ruth Anne Wolansky joined the staff in December 2013. She received her B.S. of Accounting from Indiana University. She and her husband, Ernie, have been parishioners since 2013. They have two grown daughters and enjoy hiking with their Australian Shepherd, Sadie.
Pastoral Assistant for Administration
Walt Kniginyzky a native of Toronto, Canada, has been on staff since 2005. An avid sports fan, Walt enjoys hiking and camping with his wife, Lisa. They are the parents of two adult children.
Erika Ramirez is the newest member of our parish team who joined us in November 2016. She and her husband Rogelio are the parents of three children, two of whom are students at SCCS. WELCOME Erika!
Susan Kilbane brings a rich background of experience and skills, as well as a passion for her vocation in education. A former resident of Chicago, Susan took the helm at SCCS in July 2015.
Principal, St. Cecilia Catholic School
Trina Vigil comes to us from eight years at St. Olaf Catholic Church as Administrative Assistant. Trina and her husband, Dion, are parishioners at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Bremerton and have lived in Washington since 2003, raising their four children who are all on their own now.

The funeral for Buck Johnson on Wednesday October 18, 2017 at 11 a.m. will be preceded with Rosary at 10:30 a.m.
The next All-School Mass will be Thursday October 19 at 9 a.m.
