Children's First Sacraments

First Reconciliation & First Communion

Is your child ready to make their First Sacraments of First Reconciliation and First Communion? Classes will take place on Sundays at 9:00am in the church, per the attached schedule. Children are eligible to make these Sacraments if they will be entering 2nd Grade in the Fall of 2023.

REGISTRATION IS CLOSED FOR 2023-2024 FIRST SACRAMENTS CLASSES!

First Reconciliation
Saturday, December 9th, 2023

First Communion
Saturday, May 11th, 2024

Please note that your child must already be baptized in the Catholic Church or in a Christian denomination using the Trinitarian formula. To learn more about Baptism after the age of 7, click the link below.

Rite of Christian Initiation for Children (RCIC)

Each child also must receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation prior to receiving their First Communion.
