Wellness Wednesdays

St. James Cathedral Mental Health Wellness Ministry and the Archdiocese of Seattle Mental Health Ministry are sponsoring "Wellness Wednesdays."

Wellness Wednesdays are an educational forum featuring professionals from various mental health disciplines speaking on topics of interest. Wellness Wednesdays take place in person or can be viewed over Zoom. These events are free, but you do need to register.
